The brief

This project tender is for the refurbishment of the existing main Leisure Swimming Pool and Spa area AHU's, ducts and associated MEP works , along with MEP for a new build linking corridor (structure by others) around the existing façade to provide a circulation route between front and rear amenities, and some internal MEP works to the existing gym area on the site of the existing Geoff Moulder Leisure Centre, Rowley Road, Boston, PE21 6JE, and considers the refurbishment of: • Strip out of existing mechanical and electrical services including necessary isolations • New ductwork distribution system(s) via air sock within pool area • New ductwork distribution system(s) to spa area • New extract grilles with associated fire dampers within pool area • Cleaning of existing ductwork system(s) within adjacent plantroom to roof mounted AHU • New lighting system(s) and controls • Small power to new link corridor, including supplies to heating system • Extension of existing fire alarm & detection system to new link corridor • Extension of existing security systems i.e. access control, CCTV and intruder alarm to new link corridor & pool hall • New drowning alarm system(s) with associated sounders/beacons • Extension of public address system to link corridor & pool hall • New electrical containment/distribution system(s) to link corridor • New heating/frost protection system(s) to link corridor • Diversion/Relocation of any services affected by new link corridor
