The brief

City of Wolverhampton College is seeking a contractor for the refurbishment of Unit B2 at Trevithick House, Telford.

The works will be delivered under a JCT 2016 Design & Build Contract, following a Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA).

Scope: Full strip-out and reconfiguration of Unit B2, creation of classrooms and reception, M&E works, fire and intruder alarm separation, IT/data services, compliance with building and fire regulations.

Key Dates: • Register interest by: 02 December 2025 (via MultiQuote) • Tender submission deadline: 12 December 2025 at 12:00 noon • Construction Start: 23 February 2026 • Completion: 27 March 2026 – non negotiable • Registration and submission must be via the portal only.
