Oxford City Housing Ltd is seeking suitably experienced suppliers to join its DPS framework for the Development Management Services required to deliver the new homes/additional living accommodation.
The Contract will require the Supplier to provide project feasibility and full design services (including all necessary survey work), project cost estimates, advice on procurement and construction contracts, and the use of off-site manufacture where appropriate, along with Clerk of Works services.
The Supplier will also manage the planning process and manage the procurement of construction partner administering the building contract to practical completion and handover.
OCHL is seeking suppliers to provide all services necessary to deliver new housing on sites identified to them by OCHL.
