02/ The brief
What the notice says
Not fully read: this is the notice text; attached documents are not read.
UoP has an ongoing requirement for a suitable experienced subject matter expert to be responsible for the Senior Programme Management of the Modern Work Programme as a part of the Digital Transformation Plan to cover phases 1b and 2. These are the business-critical phases which need to be accelerated to deliver by December 2026.
The renewal of the Digital Delivery Partner is to renew and extend the current agreement up to December 2026 to cover the accelerated delivery time to retain their expertise where they have been embedded in this transformation project since the beginning. Transitioning to an alternative supplier would introduce significant delivery risk, cause material delay and is likely to result in higher overall cost.
