Quotations are invited for the provision of event traffic management Services for events across the city, where a car park needs to be operated in respect of the management of vehicles on site and processing of payment as efficiently as possible while managing the local roads to the car park.
The Services will predominately be required for indoor events hosted by Derby Arena and a schedule of outdoor events requiring traffic management for road closures.
Applications for any road closures will be submitted by the Council.
The procurement process adopted by the Council is based on the Procurement Act2023 (the "Act") and the Procurement Regulations 2024 (the "Regulations".) The contract is estimated to commence on 1st October 2026 and expires on 30th September 2027.
