The brief

As outlined in the 2025/26 Local Implementation Plan (LIP) for the Office of Life Sciences (OLS) commission, Health Innovation West of England (HIWE) has set an ambitious target to significantly expand its portfolio of real-world evaluation projects, with the aim of initiating and progressing these during the current financial year.

HIWE currently operates an internal Evaluation and Insights team that provides bespoke analytics and evaluation services to internal stakeholders.

However, to support the delivery of our enhanced 2025/26 ambitions, we are seeking additional capacity through the appointment of an external partner.

HIWE intends to rapidly appoint a third-party supplier or suppliers to provide evaluation and analytical support over an initial period of three years, with the potential to extend for two further periods of 12 months.
