The supplier will provide a cloud-based solution to deliver a centralised directory of services for families, carers, professionals, and service providers.
The contract will include system hosting, maintenance, updates, technical support, and data processing services, with the supplier system acting as a Data Processor on behalf of the Council.
Additional information:
Please note that the initial term is 19/10/26 - 18/10/28 but could be extended by up to a further 10m. Initial term value is £84,706. Whole life cost value £102,454
