National Museums Liverpool (NML) is seeking to appoint an experienced and creative contractor team to supply, deliver and install a technology upgrade to the Electronic Point-of-Sale for the catering and events department.
The delivery of these technological interventions will replace and upgrade current solution that is coming to an end.
We are now tendering for a solution that will help us continue this journey of transformation, and we're excited to explore potential solutions with suppliers that meets our needs, but importantly are interested in brokering a long-term relationship with us to achieve their best work yet.

The EPOS Solution for Catering and Events must comply with key industry standards, including complying to PCI DSS and has clear procedures to maintain the security of highly sensitive client information including personal information in accordance with Data Protection Legislation.
The contract value for the contract term of 5 years (until 30 September 2029) is estimated not to exceed £130,000 GBP excluding VAT.
To support our forthcoming schedule of events, the appointed contractor will be required to complete and deliver the installation and fit out by the end of September 2024.
