Darparu Therapi i Deuluoedd; ymyriadau therapiwtig un i un i blant a phobl ifanc 7–18 oed (neu hyd at 25 oed pan fo’r person ifanc wedi cael diagnosis o anabledd).

Cefnogaeth Therapiwtig: Darparu cefnogaeth therapiwtig i blant a phobl ifanc, gan gynnwys rhai sy’n dangos neu’n mynegi ymddygiad rhywioledig amhriodol, lle mae lefel yr angen yn dal i fod o fewn trothwyau ymyrraeth gynnar ac nad yw’n dyblygu gwasanaethau niwed rhywiol statudol neu arbenigol.

Cefnogaeth Therapiwtig i Oedolion: Lle bo’n briodol, gellir cynnig cefnogaeth therapiwtig i rieni neu ofalwyr pan fo eu profiadau yn effeithio ar eu gallu i fod yn rhieni effeithiol.

Mae’n rhaid i’r gefnogaeth hon fod â chyfyngiad amser a bod â chyswllt clir â gwella canlyniadau i blant a phobl ifanc, yn hytrach na darparu therapi penagored i oedolion.

Families First Therapeutic Service Contract Description Working directly with children aged 7-18 (or 25 with a diagnosed disability) and their families to identify challenges and offer therapeutic support to address their needs, in addition to supporting other services in implementing evidence-based parent programmes.

Providing Family Therapy; one-to-one therapeutic interventions for children and young people aged 7–18 years (or up to 25 years where the young person has a diagnosed disability).

Therapeutic Support: Pproviding therapeutic support to children and young people, including those who are demonstrating or expressing inappropriate sexualised behaviours where the level of need remains within early intervention thresholds and does not duplicate statutory or specialist sexual harm services.

Adult Therapeutic Support: Where appropriate, therapeutic support may be offered to parents or carers where their past experiences are impacting on their capacity to parent effectively.

This support must remain time limited and clearly linked to improving outcomes for children and young people, rather than providing open ended adult therapy
