Mansfield District Council (the Council) require a supplier to deliver support in accommodation to people who are either homeless or at risk of becoming homeless within the Mansfield District.
The Council are looking for a provider with experience in delivery of support to homeless people with access to a mix of self-contained/shared accommodation totalling a minimum of 40 units in locations across the Mansfield district.
Accommodation should be safe, secure, and fit for occupation, with no Category 1/2 hazards or unacceptable health and safety risks as defined by the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS).
Housing must also comply with all relevant housing health and safety requirements.
This contract is for the support element only and excludes property rental.
The provider must have all resources in place to begin delivery of the service as of 1st September 2026.
The contract will run from 1st September 2026 until 31st March 2029 with a total budget ceiling of £462,892.40 across the life of the contract.
