West Berkshire Council is looking for a provider to deliver Housing Related Support Services for adults with a mental health diagnosis.
The service will provide flexible, person-centred floating support to help individuals maintain their tenancies and live independently.
Support will include developing life skills, managing finances, and accessing health, housing and community services.
The provider will work in partnership with housing providers and mental health services.
The service will be delivered across West Berkshire to approximately 20–30 service users.
The aim is to promote independence, wellbeing, and prevent homelessness.
