This Freehold retirement development is made up of 26 two-bedroom bungalows 4 three-bedroom purpose-built properties for sale. Many of the properties on site have conservatories, all built in differing ways which will require initial inspection for gutter and roofline access requirements. The proposed works include a combination of the following activities: - Removal and replacement of rainwater goods - Timber repairs: rotten timber replacement and 2-part epoxy resin care repairs - Preparation and redecoration of fascias, soffits (as required), remaining timber bargeboards, undercroft rafters and associated roofline timbers - Garage timber repairs and redecoration including full preparation and redecoration - Timber front entrance door redecoration including full preparation and redecoration - Limited internal decoration of walls, skirting boards and doors in identified areas - Waste removal and disposal - Scaffolding to high areas
