The brief

Knowsley Council is reviewing its technology enabled care offer.

This includes the delivery of a falls lifting service which is linked to a call centre (commissioned by the Council) using technology.

The review is expected to commence in autumn 2026 with a large overarching contract (including telecare response, purchase and installation of equipment) being tendered to commence May 2028.

Knowsley Council wish to commission an interim arrangement for the falls lifting service until the new overarching contract is ready to be tendered.

Providers are invited to register on www.The-Chest.org.uk select reference DN819978, download the paperwork and submit the completed questionnaire via The-Chest portal no later than 12 noon on the 3rd July 2026
