The agreement will be for comprehensive service for the design, installation, inspection, testing, certification, maintenance, and repair of Mansafe fall protection systems across designated sites. This includes horizontal lifeline systems and fall restraint solutions.

Justification for not publishing a preliminary market engagement notice:

exceptions to conditions of participation at latter stages of the procurement process).
- We have a clearly defined specification detailing the requirement, and knowledge of
market costs.
