The brief

Housing 21 wishes to conduct a market engagement exercise to support specification development for our future planning for the supply, installation of P50 Fire Extinguishers.

We are particularly interested in receiving feedback on our specific design and understanding market capabilities in this area.

With this in mind we have designed some questions that will shape our planning which we invite you to complete and return as per the instructions in this document.

Housing 21 will be conducting a tender exercise during 2026, the bulk of the fire extinguishers will be installed over an 18-month period starting October 2026.

Over 4000 fire extinguishers will be installed during the contract term across over 500 courts.
