Mental Health Outreach Approved Provider List
Framework ceiling £146,000 — the most the agreement may spend across all suppliers and call-offs, not a contract value

Surrey County Council publishes Health & Social Care work continuously — 138 notices, roughly one every 9 days. This is a stream to watch, not a cycle to wait for.
17% of Surrey County Council’s awards go to a supplier it has used before.
Which is the argument for getting on the list rather than winning this one. The incumbent is rarely the last winner — it is the roster. See the retention odds by category →
Surrey County Council is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to better understand the current market.
The Council is looking to develop an Approved Provider list (APL) for outreach services for people with mental health needs, as part of a drive to give people a greater range of support that allows them to continue to live at home.
Outreach is flexible and adaptable person-centred support provided to individuals in their own home and in the community to support their wellbeing and develop or maintain independence.
This may include for example: • Emotional support and confidence building • Support with life skills (such as developing a routine, cooking, cleaning, completing paperwork or managing a home) • Assistance with finances • Support to maintain a tenancy • Help to develop friendships and social connections • Support to attend activities and appointments. • Securing/maintaining volunteering or employment.
