Microsoft Enterprise Agreement

The purpose of this Procurement Process is to select a Supplier to provide a) licensing and b) account management support for the following Microsoft products, for the period 1 September 2018 to 31 August 2021 inclusive (i.e. three years).

Our licensing requirements are as follows. The quantities specified are indicative only at this stage, and could vary by +/- 20%. The final license quantities will be defined prior to contract award, and all responses will be evaluated on those final quantities.

TNA also requires an account management support service. Typically, we would anticipate that support being provided by telephone and by e-mail.
