This is a prior information notice and is not being used as a call for competition. North Hertfordshire District Council intend to issue a Contract Notice in April 2023 for the procurement of a new contract for the management and operation of its leisure services from 1st April 2024.The Council are currently developing a new strategic approach for the future delivery of leisure, sport and physical services across North Herts, and wish to establish the appropriate management arrangements to support the delivery of this new vision and required strategic outcomes for these services.
