3) The Commissioner is considering a potential 2-year programme, pending clarification of 2025/26 funding.

The likely envelope break down as follows: Year 1 - 2024/25 - circa £140-150k Year 2 - 2025/26 - circa £150-160k Meaning a total contract value of £290-310k over the 2-year term.
