North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is a commissioning support service working for and on behalf of NHS England North East and Yorkshire - Health and Justice Team (the Relevant Authority), who have undertaken a competition to commission NHSE940 West Yorkshire Prisons (Adult Male) Dental Service under a Personal Dental Services Agreement - July 2018.

No conflicts of interest have been identified Contract award is covering West Yorkshire secure settings of HMP Leeds, HMP Wealstun and HMP Wakefield for a period of 5 years commencing 01 April 2025, with the option to extend for a further 3 years, subject to satisfactory financial and contractual performance and at the discretion of the Relevant Authority.
