The brief

Pre-market engagement for a Multi Academy Trust WAN/Connectivity solution.

Oasis Community Learning is one of the largest multi-academy educational trusts in England, a family of 52 academies (primary, secondary and all-through academies) in five regions across the country which is likely to increase over the life of the contract.

Each?of our academies, and the services behind them, are committed to?creating an exceptional?entitlement that ensures that our students have real choice in their lives.

We want them to leave at the end of their time at school equipped, ready and eager to make the most of their next steps.

We are also committed to a model of inclusion, equality, and healthy relationships and this permeates all aspects of the life and culture of each academy and the organisation as a whole.

Our vision is to create "Exceptional Education at the Heart of the Community" for our 32,000+ students.

We look to deliver an exceptional education to our students and to achieve this we require innovative, up to date and reliable IT infrastructure and systems providing the trust value for money.

Oasis is looking for a holistic Trust-wide WAN/Connectivity solution to cover their entire estate.

This trust-wide WAN/Connectivity Solution will include site-to-site connectivity and managed internet access (potentially incorporating web filtering), capable of supporting the trusts web filtering, safeguarding, site-to-site backups and telephony requirements, amongst oth...y and the management information system, autonomously 'failover'.

The Trust will be using the Everything ICT Framework to undertake any procurement activity pursuant to this notice.

A competitive dialogue-style procurement approach will be used to select the Trust partner(s).

On Tuesday 13th September at the Trust headquarters in London, Trust IT leaders will be sharing their ambition and vision of the future Trust-wide network infrastructure to potential bidders for this significant infrastructure programme.

The programme may well be implemented in a number of phases over the next couple of years.

The session will comprise a presentation by Trust IT leaders followed by questions and answers.

Whilst the timing of any subsequent procurement has not yet been fully defined, the Trust currently anticipates choosing a partner before the end of December, with the partner commencing work in the New Year and systems potentially going live by summer 2023.

Bidders who may have an interest in this project are invited to express their interest in attending the meeting by contacting Everything ICT at OASWAN101@everythingict.org by 5.00pm on Monday 5th September.

Only those organisations who express interest in accordance with this notice will be invited to participate in future stages of any subsequent procurement.

Meeting Date: Tuesday 13th September - 9am to 2pm Location: 35-41 Interchurch House, Lower Marsh, London SE1 7RL A meeting agenda will be provided in advance
