Generally
Gloucester City Council have appointed Freedom Leisure to operate GL1 Leisure Centre in Gloucester.
Approval has been given to proceed with the Capital Improvement works in line with the Freedom
Leisure Bid proposals and associated Section 106 Council Funding.
The Capital Improvement Works are proposed as a vital support to the Gloucester City Council's
vision:
• To build a greener, fairer, better Gloucester
o To deliver a healthier, stronger and more active Gloucester
