   Tender notice update published 23 March 2026. Stated change: This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) contract modification notice, under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally modified to close the standstill period which ended at midnight on the 17th March 2026 and the contract has now been signed and the final award notice published. As confirmed in the Intention to award notice and re-confirmed here, there were no conflict of interests recorded and the award criteria was used to measure the current contract delivery, performance and suitability alongside the supplier's ability to continue to deliver the requirement meeting a high standard developing the service and its users to help reduce health inequalities, providing quality and innovation within the digital healthcare space to achieve effective solutions for fast, easy to access care for all patients without discrimination due to location, ability to travel and patient availability.This is a waiting list initiative so the supplier will be providing fast treatment plans to helpclear the waiting lists which held to provide an element of choice for the patient to receivean online (via the supplier) or an in person programme (via the Trust).The supplier was assessed against all 5 key criteria including value, integration,collaboration and service sustainability as well as Social Value.The contract begins from the 23/03/2026 and will run until the 22/03/2028 for a 24 month period.
