The Council is looking to appoint one organisation for the operation, management and commercial development of the Kirkleatham Walled Garden facility, including visitor attraction activities, admissions, catering, retail, weddings, events and venue hire.
This is a concession contract with an initial duration of 5 years plus an optional 5 year extension available.
