The brief

This is a follow up to the initial RFI (Request for Information) that was issued on 24/09/2024.

This more detailed Request for Information (RFI) is an opportunity for suppliers to understand more about the potential requirements and opportunity, and to allow you to submit information that will shape up our commissioning and procurement requirements.

We are interested in further engagement with the market to obtain information relating to the following: • Interest in this specific advertising contracts and form of contract; • Interest in future potential advertising contracts and form of contract • Access to funding for capital expenditure to install replacement shelters and new advertising inventory. • Suppliers' ability to provide a turnkey solution, encompassing advertising sales, supply and installation of advertising inventory, posting of advertising displays, monitoring, and maintenance. • Suppliers' ability to provide part of the solution e.g. possibly just the advertising, or advertising and maintenance or, the supply of new infrastructure and maintenance. • Suppliers' ability to support the provision of digital customer information and innovation.

On the above basis you are invited to submit a response to the short questionnaire within Annex 1 of this document.

Please note this is a Request for Information only and does not commit the LCRCA/ Merseytravel to any contract or tender release.

Instructions to Respond Suppliers are requested to: • Review the provided information to assess whether they could meet the potential needs of Transport for Liverpool City Region / Merseytravel; • Submit a response to this RfI by completing the short questionnaire in Annex 1 no later than 5pm, Monday 11th November 2024.

Please note responses can include attachments for ease. • We appreciate that not all sections of the RfI will be aplicable to all potential suppliers.
