Trafford Council has appointed a contractor to deliver the refurbishment, remodelling and extension of Partington Leisure Centre.
The project is being delivered through a Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) followed by a Design and Build Main Contract, with the contractor working collaboratively with Trafford Council and its professional advisors during the PCSA phase to develop the design, programme and agreed contract sum. The procurement was undertaken through an Open Tender process.
The works comprise the refurbishment and enhancement of existing leisure facilities, construction of new extension elements, building services upgrades, and associated external works, including landscaping, drainage, access improvements and supporting infrastructure.
