This Framework Agreement is for the supply of roadstone material to Derbyshire County Council, (excluding Derby City), primarily for use by the Highways Maintenance and Property Departments,.
It covers both dry and coated roadstone for use in highways construction and maintenance purposes.
Delivery of roadstone materials will be to Derbyshire County Council Depots or sites and for collection from appointed Suppliers.
The Framework Agreement will commence in February 2025 and will initially be for one year with a possible three further extensions of one year up to a maximum of 4 years (1+1+1+1).
The extension periods are subject to satisfactory performance This framework has 7 separate lots (based on geographical area): Lot 1 – Area 1 (North West) Lot 2 – Area 2 (North) Lot 3 – Area 3 (East) Lot 4 – Area 4 (West) Lot 5 – Area 5 (South East) Lot 6 – Area 6 (South) Lot 7 – Ex-Works
