This is an Intention to Award Notice pursuant to Regulation 9 of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 for the provision of a community advanced musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy service for Wyre Forest registered GP patients for NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire ICB. A Direct Award C Process is being followed under the above-named regulations.
The existing provider is satisfying the current contract and will likely satisfy the new, non-significantly changed contract.

Tender notice update published 31 March 2026. Stated change: This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. The contract for the provision of a community advanced musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy service for Wyre Forest registered GP patients (for NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire ICB) has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. The contract has now formally been awarded via the PSR Direct Award Process C. The contract award took place after the standstill period successfully concluded at midnight on 17th March 2026. The total contract duration is two years, ending on 31st March 2028. The approximate lifetime value of the contract is £885,295.00
