What the notice says
Not fully read: this is the notice text; attached documents are not read.
NHS Derby and Derbyshire Integrated Care Board (formerly Clinical Commissioning Group)(DDICB) invited suitably qualified and experienced providers to express interest in delivering Digital Mental Health Services for Children and Young People, by responding to the opportunity as required and described in the published tender documentation. NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU) acted as an agent for and on behalf of the Commissioner and supported the procurement process.
The service is a Schedule 3 Service and was procured under the Light Touch Regime (LTR) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The process was a one stage process similar to an Open process.
The service offers therapeutic interventions and access to support at the times when Children and Young People (CYP) need it and provide an accessible, safe, secure, online environment for CYP to be able to discuss their emotional wellbeing and mental health with peers and trained Therapists.
The advertised contract was for 3 years from 1st January 2022 to 31st December 2024, with the Commissioner having the option to extend the Contract for up to a further 2 years.
There was a financial threshold associated with the procurement. Any bids exceeding £220,000 per annum and the total 5 year value of £1,100,000 were to be excluded from evaluation and disqualified from the process. No bids over £1,100,000 were accepted.
The Commissioner was not able to award a contract for this process as no bids were received that met the minimum quality threshold as advertised.
