Date of contract award: 24.12.2025 Dates between which the services are intended to be provided: 01.06.2026 - 31.05.2031 (with the option to extended for up to a further 5 years) Lifetime value of the contracts for Lots 1, 3, 4 & 5 - £62,160,000 No conflicts or potential conflicts of interest of individuals making the decision were declared. A review of the decisions in relation to Lots 1, 3 & 5 was undertaken by the following: Iona Brimson, Head of Service Older People and Intermediate Care - Commissioning James Sangster, Service Manager - Commissioning (Older People Services) Stephen Barker, Senior Procurement Lead Paul Skuse, Head of Procurement Please note that a review in relation to Lot 2 is still ongoing and a further update to this notice will be published in due course following the outcome of that review.
