02/ The brief
What the notice says
Not fully read: this is the notice text; attached documents are not read.
This contract award is for the provision of a 7-year legacy HR data archiving solution provided by MHR International UK Limited.
Following the migration of Aster Group's active HR and payroll operations to Dayforce, static historical employee records-including personnel management, sickness, absence, and payroll data-will remain securely hosted in the legacy iTrent application environment. The contract provides continued, read-only access to this historical data to satisfy statutory regulatory compliance, reporting, and business intelligence requirements over the required 7-year retention period, after which all data will be permanently deleted.
This requirement was awarded directly under an approved exception to Contract Standing Orders. As MHR International UK Limited currently hosts the iTrent system and data, utilising their integrated data archive solution ensures continuous access without operational downtime. Alternative options (data migration to a third party or internal data warehouse development) were assessed and determined non-viable due to significantly higher migration costs and resource constraints.
