The brief

The Houses of Parliament is looking to notify you of an upcoming procurement to award a new contract to replace its existing Heritage collections system.

In doing so we are keen to understand where the market stands in relation to this service.

The contract should include but is not limited to: • Hardware • Software • Support Services • Hosting options • Integration options (for example a website/discovery platform of a Digital Asset Management System.

The Houses of Parliament have a 'cloud first' policy and are therefore likely looking to procure a hosted cloud software solution to replace the current Collection system.

Parliament is looking for a resilient system and service that can handle both business and technical issues in an effective and user-friendly manner.

We are inviting potential suppliers to respond to a Request for Information to help us define our requirements.
