Stonewater is to re-procure its Repairs and Maintenance Services in the North North Region of the UK (North West & North East). We currently manage approximately 1600 properties in this area and the new contract will commence on 1 June 2024 with a 6-8 month mobilisation period. Stonewater are holding a virtual Supplier Engagement session on Friday 24th March 2023 @ 11:30. This will be an open forum for us to discuss and get ideas from interested providers on how the new requirement will look. We will use this opportunity to build and shape the new requirement in the best possible way to form a successful long term contract. If you are interested in attending this event please express your interest by emailing procurement@stonewater.org and using the subject title 'Supplier Event NN RR' and include any colleague email addresses you would also like invited. We will be taking questions during and after the event however should you have any queries before hand, please send them using the email above and we will ensure we cover them in our content. The Estimated Total Value indicated on this PIN is per annum.
