To provide HE with the following Service Delivery/ Support:
o A named Account Manager
o To provide all 'Essential Licenses' and as many of the 'Other Licenses'
as possible
o To provide software licences requested by Historic England, which are
not listed above, where is possible to do so
o To provide all licenses within a maximum of 5 days from Request/
Order with the exception of self-managed user assigned licence portals
(Adobe/ AutoCad/ Nitro etc.) which should be updated with new
licences within 48 hours of Request/ Order
o To provide advice and guidance on software versions, alternative
software and getting best value
o The option of an on-line ordering Portal for common licences
o To provide a monthly breakdown of orders and spend
