NHS Southwest London Integrated Care Board (NHS SWL ICB) are inviting suitably experienced, qualified, and capable providers to provide their views and opinions for this opportunity - The Provision of Recovery /Crisis Cafes across South West London.
Currently, five Crisis Cafe Services operate across the six boroughs that make up NHS SWL ICB.
The Crisis Cafes provide vital, non-clinical, community-based support for adults experiencing mental health distress.
These out-of-hours services are designed to offer a safe, welcoming space where individuals can receive immediate emotional support, help to de-escalate crisis situations, and be signposted to appropriate ongoing care where needed.

The purpose of the MEQ is to gather insights as part of the pre-procurement engagement so it is based on the current model(s) of delivery and therefore may change following the outcome of the engagement of service users and other stakeholders.
The ICB is seeking to appoint a provider/s for the five Recovery/Crisis Cafes across all six boroughs of Southwest London ICB - Croydon, Sutton, Kingston & Richmond, Wandsworth, Merton, The ICB intends to split the Service requirements into five geographic Procurement lots with the same (a single) Service specification for delivery across the Lots.
Providers will have the option to bid for one, several or all lots.
The contract term is three years from 1 April 2026 until 31 March 2029 with the option to extend for an additional two years up to 31 March 2031.
The contract Value per annum is £1,286,870 with a Total Contract Value of £6,434,350.
