The Corporate Officer of the House of Commons and the Corporate Officer of the House of Lords (the Authority) are seeking information from potential suppliers regarding the provision of newspapers to the Parliamentary Estate.

The Authority requires the timely delivery of national newspapers and a limited selection of periodicals to designated locations across the Estate.

These publications must be made available to Members of Parliament, Members of the House of Lords, and Parliamentary staff on the day of publication.

This RFI is issued solely for information-gathering purposes and does not constitute a commitment to procure any goods or services.

The Authority invites responses from suppliers with relevant experience and capability to meet this requirement.
