    Planning notice update

Planning notice update published 30 October 2026. Stated change: Following earlier market engagement undertaken in 2026 for Supported Living and Residential Living, Kent County Council has taken the decision to separate Residential Living (Learning Disability, Physical Disability and Mental Health - LDPDMH) and Supported Living into two distinct contracts, which will be procured independently. The new Working Age Adults Residential Living services contract will replace the current Learning Disability, Physical Disability and Mental Health ( LDPDMH) Service and is scheduled to undertake market engagement in November 2026, entering the procurement phase in 2027. The preliminary market engagement notice for the Working Age Adults Residential Living services can be accessed here: https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/102643-2026 . The procurement of the new Supported Living contract will follow at a later date, with further information and timescales to be communicated in due course.
