The Project: • Works packages form part of the wider 'Weyside Urban Village' (WUV) programme, delivering c.
1,550 dwellings; local centre comprising retail, healthcare, community, and nursery; flexible community facilities; flexible employment space; new Council Depot; and associated road infrastructure, landscaping, and amenity space. • Current Works already underway or completed are Phase 2 Infrastructure works, Phase 1-3 Infrastructure works, Off Site Highways works, New Council Depot and the relocation of the Sewerage Treatment Works.

Description of works • The works for this area involves two separate contracts, relating to the Weyside Urban Village, Phase 4.
