West Sussex County Council are holding a market engagement event for providers interested in working innovatively to support Children and Young People (primarily between age 15 and 20) with social care and support needs.
The Council is seeking to work with providers who are interested in helping to support it's ambitious aims of supporting children and young people transition between Children’s and Adults services.
This is by nurturing independence while proactively applying reduction strategies to reduce service dependency, whilst offering consistent relational safety enabling every young person to take meaningful steps toward their future with dignity, aspiration, independence and hope.
This online session is being held on the 23rd of June 2026 from 14:30 – 16:00.
The session will look to engage with potential providers who are interested in working with the Council and are either already dual registered with both Ofsted and the Care Quality Commission (CQC) or those who would be willing to do so.
The session will focus on the Council's aims and help us to establish next steps in a potential opportunity of joint working to pilot an approach.
