The brief

Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych yn ceisio penodi cyflenwyr i gytundeb fframwaith ar gyfer gwaith cynnal a chadw gwasanaethau adeiladu a thrydanol mân adweithiol a chysylltiedig o ddydd i ddydd i'w ddarparu i adeiladau cyhoeddus annomestig y Cyngor / Denbighshire County Council are seeking to appoint suppliers to a framework agreement for day to day reactive and associated general minor building and electrical services maintenance to be provided to the Council's non-domestic public buildings.

The framework will be divided into lots as follows :- Lot 1 Reactive & associated general building works for North Denbighshire Lot 2 Reactive & associated general building works for South Denbighshire Lot 3 Reactive & general minor electrical services maintenance works for North Denbighshire Lot 4 Reactive & general minor electrical services maintenance works for South Denbighshire Lot 5 Reactive & general minor mechanical maintenance works for North Denbighshire Lot 6 Reactive & general minor mechanical maintenance works for South Denbighshire The tender will be evaluated on a 70% Price / 30% Quality basis.

Expressions of Interest / Tenders may be submitted in Welsh, any Expressions of Interest or Tenders submitted in Welsh will be treated no less favourably than an Expression of Interest or tender submitted in English.

Please note, an error was made in the Planned Procurement Notice.

The estimated value over the duration of this framework will be £6m and not £8m as was first advertised.

The lot values published are estimates over the whole life of the framework.

Bidders can bid for all 6 lots if they can meet the specification.
