This is a contract result notice, not an open opportunity. Details from the official award data.
This sits below the typical range for Software & IT Systems contracts — a smaller, more accessible award. Based on 30,286 valued Software & IT Systems tenders in our corpus.
The Reprographics Service has responsibility for the provision of specialist printing to all departments and for the procurement of printing equipment for the print room and multifunctional print devices (MFDs) that can print, copy and scan for the Council's other offices.
We require the provision of 10 MFDs (3 colour and 7 mono), inclusive of a maintenance service and print management software.
The current lease agreement expires on 23rd September 2024.
Existing printing equipment and print management software will be removed by the incumbent supplier before that date.
The new, leased equipment and software must be installed by the new supplier and be fully functional within a working day after the removal of existing equipment.
The installation date is estimated to be 24th September 2024 at the latest and it must take into account the removal date.
This is a further competition using the CCS RM6174 Multifunctional Devices (MFDs), Print and Digital Workflow Software Services and Managed Print Service Provision framework Lot 2: Multifunctional print devices MFDs, print management, digital workflow software.
