NOTE: This notice was updated on 09 January 2025 for the following reason: If you are quoting for more than one area, please confirm on the summary worksheet of the spreadsheet "4 Areas Cut and Collect and Cut and Drop rev 01 291124", the discount that could be applied if you were successful in winning two, three or four areas.
In addition to this, please note that the Tender is based on a minimum of 14 cuts per annum and the 14 specified on the spreadsheet is only used for calculation purposes only. Please ensure that costs on the summary sheet cover your costs for a minimum of 14 cuts, which could possibly be higher.
Closing date for the 4 Tenders is Monday 20th January 2025 12:00pm.

Ian Kirkby(To carry out all "Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance" work, covering circa 1,800 properties and any additional properties acquired or built by the association during the term of the contract. The contract will cover a 24-month period, with the option to extend by up to a further 24 months by agreement of both parties (subject to regular quality reviews).)
