The brief

Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (HPFT) is currently developing a new 'Support in the Community Framework' for the provision of community-based support and homecare services for adults with mental health needs.

This will be a competitive procurement process, delivered in line with the Procurement Act 2023, and will introduce a structured framework with defined service levels, geographical lots and agreed rates to support a sustainable, high-quality provider market across Hertfordshire.

HPFT anticipate the duration of the framework to be for 8 years and will be re-opened every 2 years.
